1. What Type Of Taxis Do You Provide?

2. How Many Passengers Can Fit Into A Maxi Cab?

A: We offer 5 - 13 seater maxi cabs, an adult passenger can feel comfortable in one seat. 

3. How Many Luggages Can Fit Into A Maxi Van?

A: Accommodate up to 11 passengers with 8 prices of luggage’s including hand carry.

4. Can I Have Multiple Pick Up’s And Drop Off’s?

A: Yes. 

5. Is There Any Booking Fees For Advance Cab Booking?

A: No, we do not charge any advance booking fees.

6. Is there a cancellation fee for a pre-booked taxi?

A: No. If you cancel in advance, but if there is a last-minute change and the driver is already in your place, it is recommended to decide with the driver.

7. Once My Booking Has Been Confirmed? Am I Guaranteed A Vehicle?

A: Yes, the moment you make your booking, we will send the confirmation of the booking to your email and your mobile number along with the driver details. Once you get the details. You are the vehicle ASSURED. 

8. What’s The Mode Of Payments?

A: You can make payment to the driver either by EFTPOS or cash or bank transfers

9. How Fast Can We Get A Taxi If We Book Now?

A: It depends on the traffic, time and days of the week. Mainly, we dispatch the nearest available taxi cab to your pin location upon booking in 10 to 30 minutes. Preferably, we would give an opinion you to make at least 1 hour of the advanced reservation to avoid any unexpected delays and disappointments. Especially during peak hours, weekends and public holidays, we cannot guarantee the availability of nearby taxis.

10. I Require A Package Delivered Can You Do This For Me?

11. Can Your Taxis Provide Accommodation Wheelchairs?

A: All our taxis have wheelchair facilities; just make sure that you make this request when calling for a booking.
